Please let me know if you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment time within 24 hours of the appointment. I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations, if not given an appropriate notice. Please arrive on time. I offer a 15 minute grace period, but anything later will result in a cancellation. Tardiness will affect the amount of time I have to do your service.
